Pinnacle Depth Mine Management & Services
High-head submersible pumping, engineered for Indian mines, with on-site service.
What it is
The uncontrolled flow of groundwater into mines, called seepage, obstructs mining operations across India. It creates unsafe working conditions, causes substantial production delays, can mean several thousand cubic metres of water to remove, and more than 20% of a mine's operating cost can go into dewatering.
Pinnacle Innovation Pumps are high-head submersible pumps up to 300 m in a smaller footprint, cost-effective against imported competitors and built with tailor-made materials for site conditions. On-site service is our key differentiator: localised repair teams cut turnaround from four months to about 15 days.

How it works
Step 01
Study seepage, water volumes, depth and existing pumping set-up.
Step 02
Specify or custom-design a submersible pump for the head and site conditions.
Step 03
Supply and commission the pumping solution.
Step 04
On-site support and repair to keep pumping capacity online.
Capabilities
Up to 270 m max head (vs. 200 m for a comparable market pump) and pumps up to 300 m.
12-inch diameter, 10-stage design against a 16-inch, 4-stage competitor.
Around ₹46 lakh against ₹65 lakh for a comparable imported pump.
Repairs on site in about 15 days instead of the industry's 4-month standard.
